Criciya Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

Welcome to Criciya. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Criciya platform and all its services. By registering, creating an account, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Criciya has always believed in transparency. That's why we've written these terms in plain, easy-to-understand language — so every user can follow them with ease. If anything is unclear, our support team is always on hand to help.

Criciya's Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. If changes are made, we will notify you via your registered email or SMS. Continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

To use criciya, you must create a personal account. Each user is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

What You Need to Register

• Full legal name (as per national ID)
• An active Bangladeshi mobile number
• Valid email address
• Date of birth (must be 18 years of age or older)
• A strong password

Criciya may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. This process may require submission of a national ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

Criciya's services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. This is one of our most important rules and is strictly enforced.

Providing your date of birth at registration is mandatory. Criciya may request supporting documents to verify age for any account that raises concern. Any account found to belong to someone under 18 will be closed immediately and the deposited funds returned.

All bets placed on Criciya are final and cannot be changed once confirmed. Please verify all details carefully before placing a bet — team, odds, market, and stake amount.

Core Betting Rules

• The minimum bet amount is ৳50; the maximum varies depending on the specific market.
• Odds may change during live betting; the odds at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Criciya reserves the right to void that bet.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same match is strictly prohibited.

Betting is available on cricket, football, tennis, badminton, and more. Detailed rules for each sport can be found in our betting section. In the event of any dispute, Criciya's decision shall be final.

Criciya supports Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods. The following rules apply to both deposits and withdrawals.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and such transactions may be reversed.
• Deposits are usually instant. However, delays may occur due to banking system issues.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are only available for verified accounts.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 3–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the bonus turnover requirement is completed.
• Criciya reserves the right to carry out additional verification on suspicious transactions.

Criciya offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before claiming.

General Bonus Terms

• To withdraw a bonus, you must meet the specified wagering requirement — typically 10–25x the bonus amount.
• Turnover must be completed within the specified period; any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Bonuses are applicable once per person, household, device, or IP address.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Certain games or betting markets may not count towards bonus wagering requirements.

Criciya reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus programme at any time. Advance notice will be given where possible for active bonuses.

Criciya takes the protection of your personal data seriously. Information provided at registration is used solely for account management and service improvement.

• Your information will never be sold to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed to authorities where required by law.
• All data is kept secure through SSL encryption.
• You may request to update or delete your information at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Criciya platform and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Betting using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or inside information.
• Attempting to hack the Criciya system.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulently claiming promotional benefits.
• Using funds derived from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

Criciya may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account for any of the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failing to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
• Account inactive for an extended period (12 months).

Criciya may update these Terms & Conditions in whole or in part at any time. At least 7 days' notice will be given for significant changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation. Should any provision be found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
